Reserve at Glen Loch – The Chestnut

JUDD BUILDERS AWARDED US THE CONTRACT TO CREATE TWO EXCITING TOWNHOUSE MODELS FOR THEIR LATEST PROJECT IN WEST CHESTER, PA.

THIS TOWNHOME WAS DESIGNED WITH A FEMALE IN MIND.  HOLLEY POKORA INTERIOR DESIGN USED BRIGHT TRENDY COLORS LIKE AQUA AND BLUEBERRY ON A TAUPE WALL, WITH ACCENTS OF PALE LAVENDER.

The front bonus room was furnished as an office/den, with jaw-dropping, lavender-painted sliding barn doors to add drama in the entry.

A beachy/ breezy theme was created using rattans, wood woven blinds, and light-colored upholstery.

The gray kitchen cabinets are right on trend, with dramatic lighting and seating at the island for four.

One of the design themes in this home that is repeated is built in seating – both in the kitchen nook with the banquette custom designed under the window, but also a window seat in one of the children’s bedrooms.

The huge master bedroom has enough room for a seating group opposite the bed. Holley Pokora Interior Design repeated the use of shiplap in the master bedroom ceiling as a memory point.
