These downsizing clients wanted a relaxed, sophisticated feel to their new construction, 3600 square foot townhome in New Hope, Pa. We planned everything together from scratch – from flooring, kitchen, baths, custom rugs, exciting lighting, and most of the furnishings. Some of their pieces were coming from their large Bucks County farmhouse where they raised their children. One of the showstopping moments is the wall of marble tile with floating oak shelves in the kitchen. This is a focal point of the entire first floor. Their primary bedroom is wrapped in soft gray grasscloth wallpaper – the client’s comments after everything was installed: “I feel like I’m in a luxury hotel!”
