Situated on ten acres with a stream, this spec home was sure to capture the hearts of many.  But we ensured it would be a selling frenzy for this one-of-a-kind home.  Hired before any decisions were made, we designed and selected all exterior and interior materials for an upscale family or empty-nester buyer.   Rustic and warm, the wide-plank wood floors feel authentically Bucks County, while other spaces offer a state-of-the-art new look.  We created a gray and white color palette for the magnificent entertainer’s kitchen, with hand-cut tile backsplash and black accents.  The primary bathroom really offers that spa experience at the end of a long day.  In order to provide extra storage, we designed a “wardrobe wall” surrounding a linear fireplace for the Primary Bedroom.  This home was sold within 48 hours of going on the market.
